**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
- Train staff on quality-related topics and best practices.
- Stay updated on trends and regulations in the quality field.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, related field.
- Previous experience in quality management, preferably in Automotive.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO regulations and statistical tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication.
- Intermediate English Language, Japanese Plus
