Job Description
The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal & external quality related topic inclusive production/customer audit, customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition.
- To govern internal / external customer complain cases & verify effectiveness of improvement activities.
- Govern MSA / Calibration to ensure all measurement equipments are calibrated as plan and MSA study is conducted according to MSA framework.
- Conduct routine IPA / LPA audit and govern MSA practice in the respective area.
