   Responsibilities    
 MaxLinear is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our growing team. This position is in Maxlinear’s Carrier and Broadband Business Unit. In this role, you will focus on the following: 
 Develope cutting edge products like multi-gigabit Wi-Fi Access Points and broadband routers based on Maxlinear wireless communication technology platforms 
 Your will involve working on pre-silicon emulation platforms, writing up software requirements, design and implementing features in WiFi Firmware and Linux Host Software 
 Code review for the next generation WLAN 802.11BE line of products for the WLAN Access Point 
 
   Qualifications    
 Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science from a reputed college 
 About 6 years (or more) of relevant experience in WLAN Firmware development 
 Strong knowledge of WLAN protocols (802.11a/b/c/g/n/e/...
