As a Software Engineer IV (Tech Lead / Staff) on the WEX Benefits Technology team, you will serve as the technical leader for your squad, bridging the gap between product requirements and engineering execution. You are expected to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and other Engineering teams to guide your team in designing robust solutions and delivering them iteratively.
