Job Summary: As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead media programs, influencing the teams' roadmap priorities and technical direction. This role combines strong technical understanding, program leadership, and agile delivery excellence. You will own end-to-end execution of critical programs, influence roadmap direction, manage cross-team dependencies and senior stakeholders, and mentor teams to raise execution maturity across the organization. About the Team: JioHotstar is building the advertising platform that will power commerce-led advertising across some of India’s largest digital consumer businesses. This team sits at the intersection of AdTech, e-commerce, data, and monetisation .
