Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Installation, capability upgrade, troubleshoot, repair and perform annual calibration for Qorvo organic tester related custom H/W in test Lab and OSATs Simple defect pattern analysis and test data summary & reports Regular diagnostic bench setup, maintenance, PM Build & standardize engineering process flow and document system Support NPI team to ensure progress in schedule and commitment to production date deadline Assist asset and inventory monitor and control for test equipment, H/W and components for both Lab and OSATs Coordinate and collaborate cross functional teams of OSATs for engineering activities to meet Qorvo requirement Drive and formalize DMAIC as department's fundamental problem-solving approach Establish, manage and motivate over continuous improvements in safety, tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost for both Test Lab and OSATs Develop training/coach plan to individuals for continuous professional level enhancement Unde...
