+ The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics for 3 recruiters ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews and phone screens across multiple time zones, including complex panel interviews; final interviews primarily onsite in Santa Rosa.
