Doherty is excited to welcome a new Bilingual Staffing Specialist into the team at our Faribault, MN office. This position is onsite, and our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
BILINGUAL STAFFING SPECIALIST MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides client check-in support and conducts orientation for new temporary employees as needed.
• Assists in providing written and oral translations upon request.
• Recruits and identifies qualified candidates to build and maintain a candidate pool with the goal of interviewing, hiring and placing them. Provides status updates to applicants and employees.
