Seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Fabricator and TIG Welder to craft precise metal fabrications within a reputable and well-established local workshop.
About the role
- Essential skills: Proven experience in TIG welding, metal fabrication, and reading fabrication drawings.
- Remuneration: Competitive salary up to mid to high five-figures annually.
- Location: Wollongong.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and work from detailed fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, layout, and shape various metals including stainless steel, brass, copper, zinc, and aluminium.
- Apply TIG welding techniques to complete fabrication projects with a high standard of precision.
- Finish products through grinding, sanding, polishing, assembly, and detailed finishing.
