Japan stations including HND, NRT and future Japan stations.

**Summaryof Job responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for the strategic andtactical execution of customer service operations across the Japan region,including leadership and implementation of safety initiatives, on-timeperformance, customer service programs, baggage service initiatives, IROP management,and service recovery planning.
+ Ensures compliance with allapplicable governmental regulations, employment laws, and companyrequirements.
