**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Operates, maintains, and repairs equipment in the central plant and all HCA - North Cypress Buildings.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Apply the engineering practices throughout the NCMC campus, including repairs and maintenance of all utility systems.
+ Ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to policy and procedure, JACHO, NFPA 99, Life Safety Code 101, TDH licensing standards, and all other NFPA Codes as needed.
+ Participates and responses to all Hospital emergencies, including, but not limited to fire, bomb threads, disaster codes, security codes, and all other emergencies as required by the department supervisor and director.
