Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, operate, manage and maintain the steam boiler according to standard operation procedure (SOP) and JKKP standard.
- Plan for Machineries / facilities PM and JKKP inspection schedule. Maintenance of boilers and associated equipment according to PM program.
- Troubleshooting as required to minimize downtime. Ensure full compliance to safety procedure, hygiene procedures and 5S execution.
- Housekeeping of boiler house and its surrounding area as to 5S requirement. Monitor and ensure the boiler’s daily operation log is updated promptly and accurately.
- Provide relevant report on utility performance and maintenance. Maintenance Records are to be executed as per detailed in SOPs.
- Maintains good record-keeping and retrieval. Report writing and keeping of log book. Manage and provide support to utility supervisors and technicians on day to day operation.
