Job Description

Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

  • Basic understanding of operating and maintaining steam, chilled water, and condensate systems, including steam-powered equipment and pipe fitting.

  • Familiar with TCEQ regulatory requirements for water production and sampling procedures.

  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair mechanical systems, and resolve operational issues.

  • Ability to use measuring tools, read schematics, operate mechanical equipment, and maintain electronic work logs.

  • Capable of working at heights exceeding ft, in extreme temperatures and confined spaces, interacting effectively with others, and participating in on-call rotations.

  • Must be able to obtain TCEQ Class “D” Water License within two years of employment.
