Trojan Steel is a fast-growing steel deck manufacturer looking for a skilled, hands-on Manufacturing Line Operator to join our team in Morgan Mill, TX. This is a production-floor role for someone who knows rollforming inside and out - no space for a learning curve.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor a steel deck rollforming line to produce structural deck to spec, on time, and without shortcuts
• Perform tooling changeouts efficiently and accurately to meet varying profile and gauge requirements
• Handle steel coils using forklift equipment
• Execute quality control checks in accordance with Steel Deck Institute (SDI) standards throughout the production run
