Steel Erector

We are seeking an experienced Steel Erector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. The Steel Erector will be responsible for ensuring that steel structures are erected according to specifications and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with the project manager to determine the materials needed for the job
• Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed
• Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
• Operate equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move steel units into position
