Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Relations Executive – Provide excellent service to casino guests, assist with trip arrangements (hotel, transportation, dining), conduct casino familiarisation tours, introduce Paiza programmes, identify potential gaming patrons, engage guests via telemarketing, collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Transportation, Hotel Operations, Cage, Table Games) to gather feedback and enhance service standards, assist with special events and promotions, maintain compliance with organisational guidelines, and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
- Paiza Executive Host – Provide exceptional service to Paiza guests, conduct meet and greet at checkpoints, manage Paiza Membership counters and enrolment, assist with Paiza programmes, prepare and set up private gaming salons, assist with special events and promotions, conduct casino tours, collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games) to sati...
