Stewarding Coordinator

Wynn Al Marjan Island is a new integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates expected to open in Spring 2027.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort’s Stewarding team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare information and reports for daily managers’ briefings.
• Draft correspondence, prepare documents and photocopies, and issue all stewarding-related forms.
• Translate documents as needed for daily briefings.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Monitor and prepare reports on departmental chemical usage.
• Manage files, reports, letters, memos, business cards, and other relevant business documents.
• Answer and screen telephone calls, transferring them to the appropriate Stewarding Manager.
• Attend meetings and take minutes on behalf of the Executive Director Back of House.
