The role
As an STMS (Motorway), you will:
Lead and supervise a TTM crew on motorway and high‑speed environmentsPlan, implement and monitor TMPs in line with NZGTTM and contract requirementsSet up, modify and remove traffic management safely and efficientlyProvide clear direction, coaching and support to your crew on siteCarry out site risk assessments and actively manage changing site conditionsBe a visible safety leader who looks out for their people and the travelling publicWork collaboratively with supervisors, planners and other work groups across the IDC What we’re looking for
You’ll bring:
