Job Description
The Stock Controller is responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory across all channels, including stores, warehouses, concessions, and e-commerce. This role ensures stock accuracy, availability, loss prevention, and optimal stock levels to support sales performance and margin protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate stock levels across all locations: stores, warehouses, 3PL, and e-commerce.
- Monitor and reconcile stock discrepancies, shrinkage, damages, and write-offs.
- Oversee cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring timely resolution of variances.
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain updated inventory records, including daily shipments.
- Analyze sales data, stock cover, sell-through, and aging stock.
