Job Description
Storage Administrator (HPC Managed Services) - (up to $7,000 | 18mth Contract)
- Administer and maintain HPC storage environments including parallel filesystems such as Lustre or GPFS
- Monitor performance, manage capacity, and ensure data integrity across storage infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage and filesystem-related issues in high-performance environments
- Manage storage lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
- Work with system and network teams to optimise end-to-end I/O performance
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical incidents and escalations
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and ensure adherence to ITIL processes
- At least 2 years of experience managing large-scale parallel filesystems such as Lustre, GPFS, or similar
