Plan and manage installation, configuration and tuning of SAN, Dell/EMC storage technologies, and Cisco MDS 9718 environment, to ensure security and continuous availability of data storage network across enterprise and for our banking customers. Provide level 3/4 support, documenting issues, resolution, procedural operations in accordance to said issue along with tracking and root cause analysis of the issue post-mortem.
