The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Storage, SAN, and Compute hardware by providing OEM good practices through designing, implementing, and deploying shared system resources, such as disks and networking. Responsibilities include performance analysis, troubleshooting, data recovery strategies for critical systems, and data backup measures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Monitor, contribute, and report on compliance to documented protocols to ensure contractual objectives are achieved. Maintain short-term and long-term Capacity and Availability goals to deliver on day-to-day services. Develop and partake in the policies, procedures, and organizational capability to establish sufficient capacity to manage continuity and disaster recovery.
