Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and support to front‑line Operations staff in all regions for advanced incident/problem management and deployment of automation solutions with a focus on uptime improvement, anomaly detection and predictive analysis.
- 24x7 support for all RBC storage infrastructure components, working on a shift rotation (implementation and management of IBM, EMC Dell, Pure Storage, Brocade, NetApp, Cohesity and other related products).
- Assist global platform teams with critical production support where escalation is required to lead in troubleshooting and service restoration.
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management plans and manage all communication related to events, incidents, problems, access, demand, capacity, and change management.
