Store Attendant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting laundry services and products
• Operate laundry equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when needed
• Ensure laundry items are handled with care and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or laundry services preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry laundry items
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of laundry detergents and fabric care preferred
