Job Description

• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
• Process customer purchases accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely.
• Restock shelves, organize products, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items to management.
• Assist in arranging promotional displays and signage.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in retail (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic math skills.
