Job Description
Oversee leasing operations for the Mall of Asia complex, negotiate lease terms, and manage lease renewals and non-renewals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
- Negotiate the offer rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
- Monitor and arrange Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
- Arrange and file Lease Contracts.
- Maintain a pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder preferred.
- Experience in a similar field highly preferable.
- Strong negotiation and management abilities.
