- Conduct analyses to select optimal sites.
- Negotiate lease terms and secure permits by liaising with landlords and authorities.
- Oversee civil works, MEP fit-out, and interior build-outs with contractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress dashboards.
- Enforce quality and safety standards through site inspections and punch-list management.
- Prepare store-readiness packages: facility checks, SOPs, and POS setup.
- Facilitate formal handover to Operations.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing store expansion from site zero to opening, ideally in retail or dark store environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in lease negotiation, project management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
