Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Updating stock records using excel or stock management system
- Loading and unloading from containers
- Arranging for delivery and collection of events items through logistics provider like lalamove, grab
- Packing of event items and arranging them according to event dates and stock categories
- Monitoring inventory level and ensure replenishment
- Onsite support for project teams including moving of events items
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and office area
- Any other ad hoc duties
- Singaporeans or permanent residents only
- Able to operate forklifts and other logistics equipment
- Minimum PSLE
- Basic IT knowledge
- Knowledge of apps to order for delivery or collection
- We are moving office from Pasir Panjang to Ubi. This position will need to assist in office relocation
