ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Store Manager is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Enables the store to effectively meet sales and profit goals, as well as changing customer demands. Promotes cross merchandising between departments and executes weekly and seasonal display changeovers while maintaining price accuracy.Communicates effectively with customers and store associates. Focuses on continuously improving programs and methods to enhance the customer experience. Motivate associates by improving morale, teamwork, and engagement. Empowers associates to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Conducts daily associate huddles and weekly management meetings to discuss information, priorities, goals, accomplishments, directives, and changes.Maintains all aspects of store conditions, presentation, and appearance.
