Store Manager | Castle Towers | Myer Concession

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Castle Towers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service

• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards

• Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

• Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements

• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment
