Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role in a retail environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
