Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Develop sales strategies to improve store performance and achieve targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Selling Skills, Administrative skills, Management, Leadership
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• With familiarity on the operations of a Motorcycle industry
• Can handle operations and branch personnel
