Responsibilities: driving turnover and achieving targets, managing stock and shrinkage control, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a comprehensive service strategy.

People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management. Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards.
