Summary
Maintain health and safety standards in the store. This individual must have an understanding of Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental Management, etc. This role needs to ensure that the company’s operations comply with the best environmental standards and relevant legislation within prescribed quality standards and costs.
Responsibilities
- Health and Safety Training Conducted
- Train all employees to understand the importance and implications of Safety Legislation.
- Emergency Training Conducted
- Ensure evacuations proceed smoothly in the shortest time possible.
- Train all employees on evacuation procedures.
- Store Lock/Unlock Rosters
- Complete the Manager’s duty roster and distribute to relevant people by the 28th of each month.
