Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and assist them with product inquiries
- Promote and sell store products to achieve sales targets
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise and displays
- Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or POS system)
- Follow store policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
- Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Job Requirements
- At least high school graduate or vocational course
- With or without sales experience (training may be provided)
