Oversee daily floor flow and overall team’s service, supporting in maintaining standards when managers are off the floorSupervise the day-to-day operations of the team of your store (e.g. briefings, BOH management, etc).Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities and sales target allocation.Transmit product knowledge to sales staff.Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the Store Manager.Improve synergies with other stores.
