Store Supervisor

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Must have at least one year supervisory experience preferably in food chain or retail industries
• Posses good coaching and mentoring skills
• Very good communication skills both oral and written
• Analytical and organized
• With sound judgment and good problem solving skills
• Microsoft program-savvy
• No issue doing field visits across CDO
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensures store policies are in place
• Ensures set sales targets are reached
• Trains team with their job responsibilities
• Evaluates respective team/s
• Suggests/creates projects/practices to maintain profitability
• Monitors inventory and cash flow
• Identifies challenges and solves the same
