Store Operations

• Oversees daily store operations
• Ensures strict compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
• Performs and monitors proper opening and closing procedures
• Controls operating costs, inventory, and store resources

Marketing

• Implements approved promotions and marketing programs
• Ensures proper execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities
• Maintains proper display of marketing materials
• Ensures cashiering and payment systems are properly used

People Management

• Prepares and manages staff schedules
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates store staff
