What to Expect

As a Stored Media Analyst, you will assist with document storage, microfilm and microfiche storage, and document images. 
What You’ll Do
Pull, scan, pick-up, deliver, and ship document storage requests

Provide back-up for Stored Media Analyst/Physical Objects Lead

Assist with warehouse audits

Assist 1701 Warehouse Techs as needed

Process engineering drawings/data books by scanning/copying

Process microform requests by scanning/copying

Run several different scanners, including oversize, aperture card, and microform

Help with special projects

Pull and deliver requested boxes of documents to various Phillips 66 locations from Bartlesville to Ponca City

Update and log complete and accurate documentation in software systems such as Livelink and SAP
