- Receive, check, and arrange incoming materials, hardware, tools, and stock.
- Issue materials and tools to workers or project teams.
- Record stock-in and stock-out accurately.
- Keep the store area clean, organised, and safe.
- Monitor low stock items and inform the purchaser/admin when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with stock take and inventory checking.
- Prepare materials for delivery to site when required.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
- Experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Experience in carpentry, renovation, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Able to use basic Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate clearly with workers, suppliers, and office staff.
