Storeman Electrical Spares

Main Purpose: To ensure that the parts inventory is correctly stored and managed in the Parts Warehouse and issued to technicians



Key Performance Areas:

• Parts & components are received correctly and allocated to the correct bins/areas

• Booking parts out to technicians

• Parts are received back from Technicians

• Credit returns are returned with the correct paperwork

• The Parts Warehouse are neat

• Cycle counting

• Specialised tooling is allocated to individuals and returned in a timeous manner

• Parts details are recorded correctly onto the current system.

Competencies:

• Confident & assertive to deal with technicians and customers

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure correct stock levels

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
