Position: Supervisor -Stores & Logistics
Roles & Responsibilities:
Arrange vehicles and ensure availability as per dispatch plan Execute timely dispatch of valves in line with defined targets and schedules Ensure proper loading, handling, and dispatch of materials to avoid damages Liaise with transporters, internal stakeholders (Production, QA, Sales), and stores team for smooth dispatch operations Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers/sites Handle day-to-day logistics issues and escalate delays or concerns proactively Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, LR copies, and other statutory documents Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to dispatch and transportation Maintain proper records of all dispatch-related transactions Coordinate with FG stores team for material ava...
