Strategic Compensation & Benefits Leader

PERSOL is seeking a professional in Singapore to manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies. You will review and update C&B structures, oversee payroll governance, and manage employee benefits programmes.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the C&B function and is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices is essential for this role, which aims to ensure compliance and effective HR policy communication.
