Strategic Construction & FM Sales Executive

Headway Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to drive commercial growth by identifying new market opportunities and managing client acquisition. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the UAE construction or FM sectors and a strong ability to articulate value propositions.

The ideal candidate will oversee CRM workflows, manage tender submissions, and proactively build brand value. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite executives are essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
