With a strong focus on leadership and strategic advice, the candidate should have 8–10 years' experience in the corporate sector, specifically in employee wellbeing. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring the integration of wellbeing into People and Culture strategies. A degree in Social Sciences or Behavioural Sciences is required.
