Responsibilities
1. Investor Relations & Capital Markets
•Own and manage OnPoint's investor relations activities — building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, private equity partners, and financial institutions.
• Develop investor-facing materials: equity story, company presentations, financial narratives, and board/management reporting packages.
• Support CFO in all capital markets activities, including equity and debt fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management.
• Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, Big 4) on capital markets workstreams — acting as the internal point of contact who drives deliverables and manages timelines.
