Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus).
7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance or accounting role, including 3+ years of team leadership.
Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively; comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic business environment.
Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis skills; proficiency in financial planning tools and/or BI tools
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills; ability to synthesize financials for non-financial stakeholders.
Track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
