Strategic HR & Manpower Lead for Military Experts

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a candidate for the role of HR Manager responsible for Military Expert manpower execution. You will manage HR delivery for ME personnel, oversee employee lifecycle processes, and coordinate exit management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, Engineering, or Science and at least 3 years of experience in people engagement and performance management. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
