Strategic HR Partner | Swiss Compliance & Payroll Lead

Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an HR Business Partner in Geneva to act as a strategic partner to directors while overseeing HR operations. This role requires proven experience in HR management within an international context, with a specific focus on Swiss HR regulations.

The successful candidate will manage key HR processes, support managers, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Fluent English with good command of French is essential.

This is a full-time position for 5 months.
