Role Objective
To support business growth by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations for the Pune location.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and HR strategy execution.
Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement manpower planning aligned with the business plan.
- Ensure hiring strategies meet workforce requirements and organizational structure.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
